How to Redeem

Nojoom members will visit the Ooredoo website or mobile App to make the redemption for Qanz Card.
Members to visit any branch of the abovementioned brands, for full list visit: www.qanzcard.com
A dedicated person on the floor will be available to validate the vouchers for Nojoom Members and exchange the vouchers to Qanz Card
Once validated the dedicated staff will issue Qanz Card with credits equivalent to the redeemed voucher value of QR150, QR300, QR800 or QR2,000
The Qanz Card credit value is valid for use for 24 Months
Cross – border purchase transactions are allowed in Bahrain , Jordan , Kuwait , Qatar and UAE
