Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Period
• This campaign is valid from 1 October 2026 until 31 October 2026 (both dates inclusive).
• Doha Bank reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the campaign period at its sole discretion without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
• The campaign is open to all customers participating in Doha Miles loyalty programme.
• Corporate and SME cardholders are excluded from this campaign.
• The customer’s card account must be active, valid, and in good standing at the time of conversion and award crediting.
3. Campaign Offer
• During the campaign period, customers will receive double the standard Nojoom Points conversion value when converting Doha Miles to Nojoom Points.
• The standard conversion rate of 1 Doha Mile = 1.5 Nojoom Points will be increased to 1 Doha Mile = 3 Nojoom Points for eligible conversions completed during the campaign period.
4. Minimum & Maximum Conversion Eligible for the Bonus Points
• The minimum conversion amount is 3,000 Nojoom Points (equivalent to 2,000 Doha Miles).
• The maximum conversion amount is 30,000 Nojoom Points (equivalent to 20,000 Doha Miles).
• Conversion requests below the minimum threshold will not qualify for processing under this campaign.
5. Illustrative Example
• A customer converting 2,000 Doha Miles, which normally converts to 3,000 Nojoom Points, will receive 6,000 Nojoom Points during the campaign period.
• The example is provided for illustration purposes only and does not alter the campaign mechanics.
6. Successful Conversion Requirement
• Only conversion requests that are successfully processed and completed during the campaign period are eligible for the promotional conversion rate.
• Conversion requests submitted during the campaign period but processed after the campaign end date may not qualify for the promotional offer.
7. Excluded Transactions
• Reversed, cancelled, disputed, fraudulent, unsuccessful, or partially completed conversion transactions are not eligible for this campaign.
• Any conversion subsequently reversed for any reason shall result in the corresponding promotional Nojoom Points being cancelled or deducted, where applicable.
8. No Reversal or Exchange
• Once a Doha Miles to Nojoom Points conversion has been successfully processed, it is final and irreversible. Customer must ensure that the customer information in Doha Bank is accurate and valid at the time of request. Doha Bank and Ooredoo will process the request based on the information provided by the customer
• Doha Bank and Ooredoo will not be responsible for any incorrect information provided by the customer. Converted Nojoom Points cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, retransferred, or converted back into Doha Miles.
9. Fraud and Abuse
• Doha Bank reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the campaign if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, misuse, abuse of the promotion, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Nojoom Programme Terms
• The use, redemption, validity, expiry, and management of Nojoom Points shall remain subject to the applicable Nojoom Programme Terms & Conditions issued by Ooredoo.
• Doha Bank shall not be responsible for any matters relating to the Nojoom programme once the points have been successfully credited.
11. Liability
• Doha Bank shall not be liable for any technical failures, system interruptions, delays, processing errors, third-party service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation in the campaign.
12. Right to Amend
• Doha Bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, withdraw, suspend, or terminate this campaign and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
13. Final Decision
• In the event of any dispute relating to this campaign, Doha Bank’s decision shall be final and binding.
14. Governing Law
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.
