Plan Details

The WhatsApp data benefit is available with Shahry S/M/L/XL/, Super 90/120/140 and Qatarna Silver/Gold/Platinum/350 plans
For plans that include WhatsApp data, the main data allowance will not be consumed when using WhatsApp services via local data service
WhatsApp data consumption accessed with the use of VPN will affect the identification of data traffic and will not be considered as part of the WhatsApp benefit
The benefit of this feature is restricted to local use only
Therefore, using WhatsApp while roaming will consume available roaming data allowance or be charged as out-of-bundle
The WhatsApp data – Included benefit is dedicated to personal use cases and cannot be used for commercial activities nor for mass broadcasting purposes. Customers whose usage is deemed excessive will be warned in advance and, if excessive usage continues, may be subject to service termination.

How to activate e-SIM on Apple devices

Make sure that your iPhone is connected to the internet
Go to Settings>Cellular
Tap ‘Add Cellular Plan’
Use your iPhone to scan the QR code (from the e-SIM activation voucher)
Choose a label for your cellular plan

How to activate e-SIM on Android devices

Make sure that your device is connected to the internet
Go to Settings> Connection
Tap ‘SIM Card Manager’
Select Add Mobile Plan > Add Using QR Code
Use your device to scan the QR code (from the e-SIM activation voucher)
Next, tap on ‘Download Profile’ and register
Then turn on your new mobile plan and your e-SIM will be added

QATARNA – Silver:

Gives 40 GB (+80 GB for 6 months with online exclusive offer) of local data at full speed. After consuming 100% of allowances given, speed will be throttled to 20Mbps and the customer will get to enjoy 20 GB at this speed. After the consumption of the additional 20 GB, speed will be throttled to 512Kbps where customer can still enjoy unlimited access to the internet at the throttled speed..

QATARNA – Gold:

Gives 150 GB of local data at full speed. After consuming 100% of allowances given, speed will be throttled to 20Mbps and the customer will get to enjoy 75 GB at this speed. After the consumption of the additional 75 GB, speed will be throttled to 1Mbps where customer can still enjoy unlimited access to the internet at the throttled speed.

QATARNA – Platinum:

Gives 500 GB of local data at full speed. After consuming 100% of allowances given, speed will be throttled to 20Mbps and the customer will get to enjoy 250 GB at this speed. After the consumption of the additional 250 GB, speed will be throttled to 1Mbps where customer can still enjoy unlimited access to the internet at the throttled speed.

QATARNA Pack has dedicated local data allowance and roaming data allowance. Local data allowance cannot be used for roaming and roaming data allowance cannot be used locally in Qatar.
The Fair Usage limit for local calling and SMS is set to 20,000 units per month.
International minutes included in the QATARNA packs are valid for 121 countries*.our list of countries:
QATARNA local data can be restored to full speed by subscribing to any of our Data Packs add-ons, or with Data Recharge cards.
QATARNA Pack roaming benefits are valid only with Ooredoo Passport partners.
After consumption of QATARNA Pack roaming data allowance, a special standard pay-as-you-go rate of QR1/MB will apply while roaming on Ooredoo Passport partners. Lebanon and Monaco have a different rate of QR5/MB, while ONAIR AR rate is QR15/MB. When roaming with networks other than Passport partner networks customers will be charged standard roaming rates.
When subscribed to Ooredoo Passport and connected to Ooredoo Passport partners, Passport allowances will be consumed first, followed by available QATARNA Pack free roaming data allowance
There will be no carryover of any allowances within the packs. Once the bill is issued, any unused allowance from the selected packs will be forfeited.
“NO PERMANENT ROAMING” clause – QATARNA service can be used for personal purpose only. Ooredoo will monitor use of QATARNA Packs and may, as appropriate, restrict the long-term continuous usage of QATARNA in international roaming. Specific terms of such restriction will be specified at the time of its introduction.
QATARNA Pack allowances cannot be carried over.
QATARNA Pack allowances are aligned with bill cycle.
Ooredoo have the right to change or remove any of the extra benefits provided (STARZ PLAY, Urban Point or beIN CONNECT).
To enable 5G access to network, go to the Ooredoo App and select the number you want to enable of 5G network on, and click on “ENABLE 5G” icon.
