What You Need To Know


  • Customers have the choice to take add-ons for one time only (30 days) or as a recurrent Add-on each
    month.
  • One-time Add-on will be active for 30 days only.
  • A recurring add-on will auto-renew every calendar month until termination.
  • One-time add-ons are charged at full price and provide the full allowance, valid until the next billing cycle.
  • Recurring add-ons are charged a pro-rated price with a pro-rated allowance and aligned to the next billing cycle.

  • You can activate your add-on through the Ooredoo App, or by sending an SMS to 114 with the following short-codes to activate it as a one-time add-on:

    • LD15 – to activate data pack 15
    • LD30 – to activate data pack 30
    • LD50 – to activate data pack 50

What You Need To Know


  • All Ooredoo consumer postpaid customers subscribed to Shahry+ and QNB First plans can subscribe to the Social Media Data Packs as an additional subscription.
  • Social Media Data Pack subscription allows customers to use Social Media applications without consuming data from their existing data allowances or incurring data charges at standard (out-of-bundle) rates.
  • Customers can subscribe to the Social Media Data Packs either as a one-time add-on or a recurring monthly add-on.
  • Recurring add-ons will auto-renew at each billing cycle until cancelled by the customer.
  • One-time add-ons are charged at the full price (QR 30) and are valid until the closest next billing cycle.
  • Recurring add-ons are charged on a pro-rated basis aligned to the next billing cycle.
  • This service is only applicable for local usage in Qatar.
  • Data accessed via VPN will not be considered part of the Social Media Data Packs and will consume data from the customer’s main allowance.
  • The Social Media Data Pack is intended for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes or mass broadcasting. Customers with excessive usage will receive prior warnings and may face service termination if excessive use persists.

  • Login in to the Ooredoo App and select “manage plan”
  • From the subscription tab select (Add-ons)
  • Choose the pack you prefer to activate
  • Review and accept terms and conditions
  • Fill in the OTP code which will be sent to your phone number
  • Enjoy the ultimate Ooredoo Add-ons!
  • Go to “My Ooredoo” to login in to the Ooredoo Website and select “manage plan”
  • From the subscription tab select (Add-ons)
  • Choose the pack you prefer to activate
  • Review and accept terms and conditions
  • Fill in the OTP code which will be sent to your phone number
  • Enjoy the ultimate Ooredoo Add-ons!
