How to Redeem Your Points

• Visit the Ooredoo website or mobile application.
• Redeem your Nojoom points for talabat-pro vouchers.
• Receive your voucher code and apply it on the talabat pro section of the talabat app.
• Start enjoying savings on your orders and receive half your points back.

Terms and conditions:

• Each talabat pro voucher is valid for a single redemption only.
• The voucher grants you a free talabat pro subscription for either six or twelve months, depending on the option selected.
• If you are currently subscribed to an active annual talabat pro plan, please contact talabat customer service to cancel your existing plan before redeeming the voucher. You will receive a prorated refund upon cancellation.
• If you are on a monthly talabat pro subscription, please disable the auto-renewal option in your account settings and redeem the voucher after your current plan expires.
• The voucher is valid for redemption until (today’s date + 6 or 12 months).
• After the subscription period ends, your talabat pro subscription will automatically renew at QAR 35 per month, unless you disable the auto-renewal option in your account settings before the renewal date.

How to Redeem Your Points

• Visit the Ooredoo App or website.
• Select talabat from the Nojoom redemption options and choose the number of Nojoom points you wish to use.
• Receive a code to be applied on talabat’s app.
• To use the talabat voucher from Nojoom redemptions, open the Talabat app, go to the Account section, tap on Vouchers, then add and save your code.

Terms & Conditions:

• Only registered customers can use talabat vouchers.
• The vouchers can only be used on the mobile app.
• The minimum order value of using the voucher must be greater than or equal to the voucher denomination.
• Vouchers can only be used to place one order on talabat and the value cannot be split across multiple orders.
• The vouchers are redeemable on all talabat services. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with GEM promotions. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase talabat credit.
• Once the voucher is redeemed, it is automatically linked to the account and cannot be transferred or used with another account.
• Nojoom points cannot be combined with other promotions during redemption.
