Collect 1 Nojoom point for every QR 2 spent at Challenger Rent a Car across all Nojoom tiers.

How to Earn

  1. Visit any Challenger Rent a Car branch
  2. Inform staff you are a Nojoom member and present your QR code or membership ID
  3. Points will be credited to your account within 14 days

Missed your QR code? Present your membership ID along with your invoice within 45 days to claim your points.

Redeem Nojoom Points

  1. Access your Nojoom account via the Ooredoo App or website
  2. Redeem your points for a Challenger Rent a Car voucher
  3. Visit any Challenger branch and present your voucher to a staff member

All Nojoom members will earn 1 Nojoom Point for every QR 2 spent at Challenger Rent a Car.

How it works:

  1. Nojoom members visit any Challenger Rent a Car.
  2. Upon payment, members must inform the staff that they are Nojoom members and ask for their points.
  3. The staff will request the QR code or membership ID number to enter into the system.
  4. If a member does not have their QR code or membership ID at the time of purchase, they can still earn points by presenting the code or ID along with the purchase invoice within 45 days from the date of purchase.
  5. Points will be credited within 14 days of the purchase. Receipts are accepted up to 45 days from the date of purchase.

How to Redeem

  • Nojoom members must access their Nojoom account via Ooredoo App or website to redeem their points for a voucher.
  • Members then visit Challenger Rent a Car.
  • A dedicated staff member will validate the voucher for Nojoom members.
  • Once validated, the voucher value can be applied to the purchase.
