  • 1. Raffle draw is open to all Ooredoo customers (Shahry, Qatarna and Hala)
  • 2. Opt-in to raffle promotions will be– 5th of August to 31st of August.
  • 3. Customers can register for the draw through Ooredoo app.
  • 4. Raffle draw will be done on 3rd of September and 5 lucky winners will get 1M Nojoom points.
  • 5. Nojoom will have 6 months validity period
  • 6. Winner of the raffle draw must be registered under Nojoom Loyalty program to get the 1M Nojoom points
  • 7. Winner of the draw will be announced on Ooredoo Social media
  • 8. Nojoom points is not transferrable.
  • 9. The raffle draw is only applicable for consumer segment customers and does not include B2B customers
  • 1. All Ooredoo consumer Postpaid and Prepaid customers can avail themselves of the TikTok local data offer by subscribing to it on the Ooredoo App.
  • 2. The TikTok local data offer is valid from 15 August to 15 September.
  • 3. The TikTok data offer allows customers to use TikTok service without consuming data from their active data allowances or being charged for data consumption at standard (out-of-bundle) rates.
  • 4. The TikTok local data consumption accessed via a VPN may affect the identification of data traffic and will not be considered as part of the TikTok benefit.
  • 5. The benefit of this feature is restricted to local use only. This means that using TikTok while roaming will consume the available roaming data allowance or be charged as out-of-bundle.
  • 6. The TikTok local data benefit is intended for personal use and cannot be used for commercial activities or mass broadcasting purposes. Customers whose usage is deemed excessive will be warned in advance, and if excessive usage continues, they may be subject to service termination.
