- The promotion is only available to Hala Prepaid customers.
- The promotion is valid from 30 November 2023 till 28 February 2024.
- The promotion will be applicable on any recharge of QR 30 and above done through the Ooredoo App, Ooredoo Money, Ooredoo Website, or Internet Banking B2B Direct Top-up recharges only.
- The 10% bonus will be provided automatically with recharge activation.
- The 10% bonus will be provided automatically to eligible recharges done through eligible digital channels.
- The 10% additional bonus in Super 35, Super 65 and Super 125 Recharges is not applicable to Country Bonus Minutes.
- The validity of the extra allowance will be the same validity as the standard allowance.
- The rest of the business rules will remain the same for extra allowance and standard allowance in respective eligible recharge.
- The promotion is applicable for all Hala B2C, B2B and Hala Go customers.
- The promotion is applicable for Postpaid to Prepaid Easy Transfer.
- The promotion is not applicable for Prepaid-to-Prepaid credit transfers.
- The promotion is not applicable for recharge via Nojoom points from the Ooredoo App or Website.
- The extra 10% bonus will not be applicable on Ooredoo Passport recharges via digital channels.
- Ooredoo reserves the right to discontinue or amend the promotion during the promotion window after informing customers in a timely fashion after MOCI approval.
