- Baytna plan allowances are aligned to the billing cycle and are refreshed every time a new billing cycle starts.
- Baytna plan allows you to connect up to 5 mobile lines.
- Each connected line will have its own allowances.
- There will be no carryover of any allowances within the packs. Once the bill is issued, any unused allowance from the selected packs will be forfeited.
- If a customer needs more allowances, additional subscriptions are available at an additional cost. Customers can choose recurrent or one-time options. Recurrent options will be renewed every month, together with main plan allowances. One-time subscriptions will expire at the end of the billing cycle.
- Baytna plan rental fee is aligned to the billing cycle. For each billing cycle, the customer will be charged a QR 4000 fee regardless of how many eligible lines are connected to the plan.

Calls and SMS:
- Baytna Plan provides unlimited local calls and SMS messages.
- Plan also provides unlimited calls and SMS messages while the customer is roaming in 27 selected countries: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Turkey, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Egypt, United States of America, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Greece, Jordan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tunisia.
- Baytna plan has an additional roaming calling allowance, which is valid on Ooredoo Passport partner networks.
- “NO PERMANENT ROAMING” clause – Baytna plan is for personal use only. Ooredoo will monitor the use of Baytna plan and may, as appropriate, restrict the long-term continuous usage of roaming. The specific terms of such a restriction will be explained at the time of its introduction.
- Any calls and SMS messages in other destinations or outside any plan allowances will be restricted by default by Worry-Free Key, which protects the customer from unexpected charges.
- Customers who want to enable local and roaming calls at standard rates should unsubscribe from Worry-Free Key. Standard roaming rates will apply.
Data:
- Baytna gives 500 GB of local and roaming data in 27 selected countries at full speed. After consuming 100% of full-speed allowances, the speed will be reduced to 15Mbps, and the customer will enjoy 500 GB at this speed. After the consumption of the additional 500 GB, speed will be reduced to 128Kbps where customers can still have unlimited access to the internet at a slower speed.

WhatsApp:
- The WhatsApp data benefit is automatically available with the Baytna plan.
- Main data allowance will not be consumed when using WhatsApp services via local data service.
- WhatsApp data consumption accessed with the use of a VPN will affect the identification of data traffic and will not be considered part of the WhatsApp benefit.
- The benefit of this feature is restricted to local use only.
- Therefore, using WhatsApp while roaming will consume available roaming data allowance or be charged as out of bundle.
- The WhatsApp data-included benefit is intended for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial activities nor for mass broadcasting purposes. Customers whose usage is deemed excessive will be warned in advance and, if excessive usage continues, may be subject to service termination.
International calls and SMS:
- International minutes included in the Baytna plan are valid for 118 countries*.
- Customers can change multi-destination minutes into minutes valid to one selected destination from the available options. Minutes can be changed on the Ooredoo app, with Customer Support via WhatsApp, with Customer Support by calling 111 or at any Ooredoo Store.
- Requests to change international minutes from one destination to another will be applied at the start of the next billing cycle.
- Any calls and SMS messages to other destinations or outside any plan allowances will be restricted by default by Worry-Free Key, which protects customers from unexpected charges.
- Customers who wish to enable calls at standard rates should unsubscribe from Worry-Free Key.
Entertainment and Lifestyle Benefits:
- Each Baytna plan subscription allows customers to use TWO (2) complimentary instances of Al-Maha Meet-and-Assist within a period of each 12 calendar months.
- The number of complimentary Al-Maha services does not depend on the number of lines connected to Baytna service.
- Each Baytna plan subscription allows customers to use FOUR (4) complimentary Valet Parking instances within each calendar month.
- The number of complimentary Valet Parking services does not depend on the number of lines connected to Baytna service.
- Each line connected to Baytna plan is eligible for an Urban Point subscription at no additional cost.
- Subscription to the Urban Point service can only be redeemed on Ooredoo App.
- Each line connected to Baytna plan is also eligible for Five (5) additional entertainment benefits to choose from available options.
- Available benefits are displayed and accessible in the Ooredoo app.
- Subscriptions to an entertainment and lifestyle benefit can only be redeemed using the Ooredoo app.
- Customers can change a redeemed benefit to another one. Customers should request to stop the current benefit before the end of the billing cycle. A new benefit for redemption will be available from the start of the new billing cycle.
- Ooredoo can change the list of available benefits without any further notice. Ooredoo can terminate an already-redeemed benefit after 30 days’ notice.
Easy to Remember (ETR) number discount:
- New customers who sign up to the Baytna plan are eligible for a discounted or free special number.
- Discount value available for Baytna plan is QR20,000
- A discount is provided on the condition that the customer uses the new line for at least 12 months from the first day of the subscription on an equivalent or higher value tariff plan.
- Customers with ETR discounts are obliged to pay the prorated value (based on months remaining) of an ETR discount if they terminate the line or downgrade their tariff plan to a lower-value plan before completing the fixed 12-month period. The balance of the ETR number discount owed will be added to their next bill.
Worry-Free Key and out-of-bundle usage:
- All new subscriptions to Baytna plan automatically receive enabled Worry-Free Key. This allows customers to limit out-of-bundle usage and avoid additional charges on bills.
- Worry-Free Key is a feature that will help customers to control bills and limit usage to the allowances available in their packs. Out-of-bundle usage (local call and SMS messages, international calls/SMS or roaming calls/SMS and data) at standard rate will be blocked.
- Customers subscribed to Worry-Free Key who consume all their allowances will not be able to make additional calls or send SMS messages. However, they can subscribe to an add-on or upgrade their plans using the Ooredoo App to increase their allowances.
- Customers can deactivate the Key on the Ooredoo App, by contacting the call centre or by visiting an Ooredoo shop. This will enable customers to make calls, send SMS messages and use other services at standard rates.
