• There is a fair usage policy of 20,000 local minutes for Endless Local Minutes with Hala Super Recharge QR500. Customer will be charged at standard local calling rates post consumption of 20,000 local minutes.
• Ooredoo reserves the right to forfeit/cancel Hala Super Recharge in case any customer is using the same for commercial purpose or reselling.
• Super Recharge 35, Super Recharge 65 and Super Recharge 125 are only available to Hala Prepaid Customers.
• The 10 international minutes* with Super Recharge 35 and 20 International Minutes* with Super Recharge 65 and Super Recharge 125 will be provisioned automatically upon recharge activation
• Customers will need to dial *120#, select Super Intl’ Bonus and select country to activate Country bonus minutes**
• Customers would need to dial *120# and select country every time to avail country bonus minutes against each eligible super recharge.
• Both International minutes* and Country Bonus minutes** will expire at the time of Super recharge expiry.
• In cases of multiple eligible super recharges, international minutes and country bonus minutes will not accumulate and will expire at the time of Super recharge expiry

• Hala Endless Data recharge QR 25 gives 3 GB bonus of local data at full speed. After consuming 100% of allowances given, speed will be throttled to 3Mbps for 30 GB and then customer can still enjoy unlimited access to the internet at 128Kbps speed.
• Hala Endless Data recharge QR 250 Gives 30 GB bonus of local data at full speed. After consuming 100% of allowances given, speed will be throttled to 3Mbps for 300 GB and then customer can still enjoy unlimited access to the internet at 512Kbps speed.
• Prepaid general terms and condition applies to this product category.
• Ooredoo reserves the right to discontinue the recharge without any refund in case the Endless Data is not fairly consumed for personal usage.

Never pay standard local data rates of Dhs 99/MB with a “Hala Balance protection Feature”.

This feature will be automatically activated the moment you run out of Data Recharge allowance and you don’t have any other data pack. Under “Hala Balance Protection Feature” you will be charged 10Dhs/MB for the first 100MB and thereafter 15Dhs/MB until midnight as standard data usage charges.
