The Hala 5G Recharge offers main balance credit, data and international and local minutes.
The Hala 5G Recharge can work with any 2G, 3G, 4G or 5G device.
The international minutes allowance is valid for calls to 120 countries.
The Hala 5G recharge offers line validity hence no need to activate Hala recharge.
The out-of-bundle rates are applicable only with denominations of QR100 and above, are valid for 30 days from the date of activation of recharge and will be applicable in case customer runs out of data and minutes before the end of the 30-day period.
The data and minutes will be carried forward in case customer activates another Hala 5G recharge before the expiry of existing remaining data, international or local minutes allowances.

  • All calls are charged per minute with a minimum call charge of one minute.
  • All SMS are charged per message part (e.g. If you send a 2-part message you will be charged for 2 SMS).
  • Calls or SMS to premium numbers are charged at the premium rate for that service.
  • Premium charge numbers include 5 or 7 digit numbers that start with 92.
  • All Hala Recharges will give active line validity. To know about Hala recharges click here.
  • After the validity of Hala credit expires, the number will remain in grace period for 179 days and will be able to receive calls/SMS and outgoing services will be barred including data access.
  • All types of unused credit and any unused allowance from your packs or cards will be removed as soon as credit validity expires and Hala number enters grace period of 179 days.
  • The Hala line can be re-activated, by topping up with any Hala recharge within grace period. The unused credit and allowance removed at the start of grace period will not be refunded even if recharge is done.
  • The Hala line will be de-activated after expiry of grace period and Hala number will be made available to other customers immediately after Hala line termination and previous owner cannot request for reinstating the same service number again in any case.
  • The following emergency numbers are free of charge 112, 911, 991, 992 and 999

  • The credit validity with Hala credit recharge of QR 11 & above will be revised to 180 days with effect from 6th December 2023.
  • QR30 & QR60 Flexi recharge and pack will be discontinued effective from 1st May’2024
  • QR30 & QR60 Data recharge will be discontinued effective from 1st May’2024
  • Effective from 1st May’2024, bonus data of 250 MB with Flexi 10 recharges & packs will be discontinued. Customers will continue to enjoy the regular benefit of 70 Flexi points valid for 3 days with every recharge of Flexi QR 10.
