All Nojoom members will earn 1 Nojoom Point for every QR 6 spent at FNAC.

Here’s how it works:

In-Store

  • Nojoom members visit FNAC.
  • Upon payment, members must inform the staff that they are Nojoom members.
  • The staff will request the QR code or membership ID number to enter into the system.
  • If a member does not have their QR code or membership ID at the time of purchase, they can still earn points by presenting the code or ID along with the purchase invoice within 45 days from the date of purchase.
  • Points will be credited within 15 days of the purchase. Receipts are accepted up to 45 days from the date of purchase.

Online (Website and App)

  • Nojoom members visit FNAC’s website or mobile app.
  • At checkout, members must enter their Ooredoo mobile number registered under Nojoom to earn points.
  • The mobile number must be entered successfully to ensure points are awarded.

Terms & Conditions

  • Nojoom Points cannot be earned in conjunction with any other promotion.

How to Redeem

In-Store

  • Nojoom members must visit the Nojoom website to redeem their points for a voucher.
  • Members then visit FNAC.
  • A dedicated staff member will validate the voucher for Nojoom members.
  • Once validated, the voucher value can be applied to the purchase.

Online (Website and App)

  • After redeeming a voucher via the Ooredoo app, members must visit FNAC’s website or mobile app.
  • During payment, members must enter the Nojoom voucher number and their Ooredoo mobile number registered under Nojoom.
  • Members must agree to the terms and conditions to validate the voucher.

Terms & Conditions

  • Nojoom Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion.
  • Points redeemed on FNAC’s website or app cannot be returned, reversed, or refunded.
  • If the product price is less than the Nojoom voucher value, the remaining balance will not be refunded, returned, reversed, or saved for future use. It will be considered fully consumed.
  • If the order is cancelled before completing the checkout, members should contact FNAC’s customer support at 4436 2222 for assistance.
  • For products purchased using Nojoom Points, any returns, exchanges, or refunds will result in the points being credited to the member’s store account for use in FNAC’s physical locations.
