Terms & Conditions
- All Postpaid+, Qatarna+ or Hala customers are eligible to participate in the Gold raffle draw. Prepaid/Hala customers need to recharge with QAR 10 or more (on or after 30th April) to become eligible to participate in the draw.
- All eligible customers (prepaid & postpaid) need to go to the My Ooredoo App and enroll for the participation in the draw.
- Offer Period starts from 30 April 2026 until 31 May 2026.
- Once customer enrolls (Prepaid & Postpaid), the customer is considered enrolled for all the raffle periods on & from that date

Postpaid Customers:
- Customers go to the My Ooredoo App and click on the gold draw offer tile to enrol for the draws
- Customer needs to be active on a valid Postpaid/Shahry plan

Prepaid/Hala Customers:
- Customer needs to recharge with QR10 or more on or after 30th April to become eligible
- Eligible customers need to go to the My Ooredoo App and click on the gold draw offer tile to enrol for the draws
- The number of entries the Hala customer has in the Raffle Draw for the specific Raffle Period will be equal to the number of recharges(>=10QR) done by the customer from 30th April till the respective Raffle Period end date and provided customer has enrolled on or before that Raffle Period End date.
- Winners (MSISDN/Mobile number) of each week will be removed from the subsequent draws for remainder of the campaign. Therefore, one customer/MSISDN will be able to win only once during the campaign period.
- Customers can enrol through the app anytime during the above given offer period.
- There will be four (4) raffle draws conducted during the campaign period. Each raffle enrollment period will start on 30th April and end on 4th May, 11th May, 18th May, and 31st May, respectively. Accordingly, the raffle draw dates are scheduled as follows: 5th May, 12th May, 19th May, and 2nd June.
- A total of 200 winners will be selected during the entire offer period. 50 winners will be selected in each of the 4 raffle periods with 25 winners from Postpaid and 25 winners from Prepaid.
- The draw will be an electronic random draw.
- The prize (gold) cannot be exchanged for any other compensation, whether cash or in-kind.
- Winners will be contacted only by the campaign organizer using the registered contact details.
- The prize will be delivered within a maximum period of 90 days from the official announcement of the winners’ names. Ooredoo will inform customers on how the prize will be delivered.
- The winner is required to present a valid Qatari ID or a valid passport, upon request by the campaign organizer, to collect the prize.
- The customer’s participation in the offer and submission of a subscription request through the Ooredoo App constitutes explicit and full acceptance of all the above terms and conditions and a commitment to comply with them.
- These terms shall be interpreted according to the discretion of the campaign organizer and in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the State of Qatar.
- The campaign organizer reserves the full right, subject to approval from the MOCI, to amend the terms and conditions.
