  • QNB and Ooredoo will not be responsible for any incorrect information provided by the customer. A successful transaction cannot be reversed, cancelled, or changed.
  • Life Reward conversion to Nojoom will be credited by Ooredoo instantly.
  • Nojoom program is subject to the terms and conditions of Ooredoo, thus QNB will not be responsible for any changes to the program’s terms and conditions.
  • QNB Life Reward’s terms and conditions will be applied.

Life Rewards points converted to Nojoom points will be valid for 12 months from the date of conversion.
