Nojoom Rewards and Other Benefits for Telehealth App Users

Ember Medical is a telehealth app enabling doctors and patients to connect online from the safety and comfort of home, removing the need for an initial face-to-face consultation. The new partnership with Ooredoo empowers customers with flexible payment options, rewards and other benefits.

Ooredoo’s partnership with Ember Medical will see Nojoom Points, Ooredoo Money Wallet and Ooredoo direct billing integrated as payment options. Nojoom member will get 100 Nojoom Points when they register on the app for the first time, then will earn one Nojoom Point for every QR1 they spend using the Ember Medical platform. As an added incentive to celebrate the launch of Ember Medical, customers downloading the app and registering until 30 November 2021 will receive 250 Nojoom Points instead of 100.
