Awesome Prizes Distributed in ‘Win with Hala’ Promotion
Ooredoo has rewarded the loyalty of its prepaid customers through its successful Win with Hala campaign.
The main objectives of the campaign were to increase customer engagement and enhance customer satisfaction by offering telecomms and non-telecomms rewards and prizes when customers recharged their Hala lines. The promotion was also intended to encourage customers to experience the speed and ease with which they can use digital channels to recharge.
The innovative Win with Hala campaign offered a number of high-value prizes including 130 smart phones, 15 large flat-screen TVs. 15 winners walked off with a phenomenal 200,000 Nojoom Points, and three lucky Grand Prize winners scooped gold vouchers of QR200,000, QR100,000 and QR50,000 respectively.
All customers needed to recharge their Hala line in order to participate in the campaign Through doing so they earned points, with digital recharges the earned points were double which then propelled them to different levels starting from Red – 200 points – to Platinum, with 2,000 points.
As they attained each new level, customers became eligible for a wide range of gifts, starting immediately with telecomms and non-telecomms benefits, followed by tickets for the raffle draws held weekly and monthly and the grand raffle draw at the close of the campaign.
