• The minimum service period of three (3) months applies. If customer terminates service earlier than 3 months liability fees will be equal to standard plan rates.
• Customer will lose the promotional benefit if the line is terminated or the plan changed earlier than the expiry of the promotional benefit.

• Qatarna+ plan allowances are aligned to the billing cycle. Allowances are refreshed every time a new billing cycle starts.
• There will be no carryover of any allowances within the packs. Once the bill is issued, any unused allowance from the selected packs will be forfeited.
• If a customer needs more allowances, additional subscriptions are available at an additional cost. Customers can choose recurrent or one-time options. Recurrent options will be renewed every month, together with main plan allowances. One-time subscriptions will expire at the end of the billing cycle.

Local calls, SMS, Data and Roaming services:

Calls and SMS:

• All Qatarna+ Plans provide unlimited local calls and SMS messages.
• Qatarna+ Premium plan also provides unlimited calls and SMS messages while the customer is roaming in the following GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain.
• Qatarna+ Platinum and Qatarna+ Al Nokhba plan also provides unlimited calls and SMS messages while the customer is roaming in 35 selected countries: RLH countries.
• Qatarna+ Premium,Platinum, and Al Nokhba plans have an additional roaming calling allowance which is valid on Ooredoo Passport partner networks OP countries.
• “NO PERMANENT ROAMING” clause – Qatarna+ Premium,Platinum and Al Nokhba plans are for personal use only. Ooredoo will monitor the use of Qatarna+ plans and may, as appropriate, restrict the long-term continuous usage of roaming. The specific terms of such a restriction will be explained at the time of its introduction.
• Any calls and SMS messages in other destinations or outside any plan allowances will be restricted by default by Worry-Free Key, which protects the customer from unexpected charges.
• Customers who want to enable local and roaming calls at standard rates should unsubscribe from Worry-Free Key. Standard roaming rates will apply

Data:

• Qatarna+ Pro: Gives 125 GB of local data at full speed. After consuming 100% of full-speed allowances, speed will be reduced to 10Mbps and the customer will enjoy 500 GB at this speed. After the consumption of the additional 500 GB, speed will be reduced to 128Kbps where customer can still have unlimited access to the internet at the slower speed.
• Qatarna+ Premium: Gives 350 GB of local and GCC roaming data at full speed. After consuming 100% of full-speed allowances, speed will be reduced to 15Mbps and the customer will enjoy 500 GB at this speed. After the consumption of the additional 500 GB, speed will be reduced to 128Kbps where the customer can still have unlimited access to the internet at a slower speed.
• Qatarna+ Platinum: Gives 750 GB of local and Roaming data in 35 selected countries at full speed. After consuming 100% of full-speed allowances, speed will be reduced to 15Mbps and the customer will enjoy 500 GB at this speed. After the consumption of the additional 500 GB, speed will be reduced to 128Kbps where customer can still have unlimited access to the internet at the slower speed.
• Qatarna+ Al Nokhba: Gives 1000 GB of local and Roaming data in 35 selected countries at full speed. After consuming 100% of full-speed allowances, speed will be reduced to 15Mbps and the customer will enjoy 500 GB at this speed. After the consumption of the additional 500 GB, speed will be reduced to 128Kbps where customer can still have unlimited access to the internet at the slower speed.
• Unlimited Roaming Data in GCC countries for Qatarna+ Premium plan is limited to the following countries – Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain.
• Unlimited Roaming Data in 35 countries for Qatarna+ Platinum and Al Nokhba plan is limited to the following countries - RLH countries.
• Qatarna+ Premium,Platinum, and Al Nokhba plans have additional roaming data allowances which are valid on Ooredoo Passport partner networks OP countries.

WhatsApp and Social Media Data:

• The WhatsApp and Social Media data benefit is automatically available with Qatarna+ plans.
• For plans that include WhatsApp and Social Media data allowances, the main data allowance will not be consumed when using WhatsApp, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps services via local data service.
• Whatsapp and Social Media data allwoances excludes third-party content, which refers to any content that opens outside social media applications.
• Whatsapp and Social Media data is only valid when using the official Social Media apps of applicable Social Media services.
• WhatsApp and Social Media data consumption accessed with the use of VPN will affect the identification of data traffic and will not be considered as part of the WhatsApp and Social Media data allowances.
• The benefit of this feature is restricted to local use only.
• Therefore, using WhatsApp and Social Media data while roaming will consume available roaming data allowance or be charged as out of bundle.
• The WhatsApp and Social Media data-included benefit is intended for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial activities nor for mass broadcasting purposes. Customers whose usage is deemed excessive will be warned in advance and, if excessive usage continues, may be subject to service termination.

International calls and SMS:

• Multi- destination International minutes included in the Qatarna+ plans are valid for 118 countries. Applicable countries
• Qatarna+ Al Nokhba plan has additional 200 multi-destination minutes which can be used to call any international destination.
• Customers can change multi-destination minutes into minutes valid to one selected destination from the available options. Minutes can be changed on the Ooredoo app, with Customer Support via WhatsApp, with Customer Support by calling 111 or at any Ooredoo Store.
• Requests to change international minutes from one destination to another will be applied at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Any calls and SMS messages to other destinations or outside any plan allowances will be restricted by default by Worry-Free Key, which protects customers from unexpected charges.
• Customers wishing to enable calls at standard rates should unsubscribe from Worry-Free Key. Standard rates will apply – Standard international minute rates.

Multi-SIM and Wearables:

• Multi-SIM is an add-on available on Qatarna+ plans which provides additional SIM linked to main Qatarna+ plan. Multi-SIM is dedicated to be used on additional data only devices by the same customer of main line.
• Multi-SIM allows to use only mobile data services. SMS and Calling services are not available.
• All Multi-SIMs are providing local data allowance except ONE (1) Multi-SIM linked to Qatarna+ Al Nokhba plan is allowed to use mobile data services locally and in GCC countries.
• Multi-SIM Data usage will be consumed from the main Data allowance and has 50 GB Fair Usage Limit per billing cycle.
• Qatarna+ plan users can subscribe and link up to 4 Multi-SIM add-ons per one Qatarna+ line.
• Multi-SIM add-on rental fee varies per Qatarna+ plan, Qatarna+ Platinum customers can subscribe to ONE (1) Multi-SIM without any additional charges, Qatarna+ Al Nokhba customers can subscribe to TWO (2) Multi-SIMs without any additional charges:

• Qatarna+ Platinum and Al Nokhba customers can also enjoy ONE (1) Apple Watch add-on subscription without any extra fees.

Life-Style benefits:

• All customers using Qatarna+ plans are eligible for Urban Point subscriptions at no additional cost.
• Subscription to the Urban Point service can only be redeemed on Ooredoo App.
• Qatarna+ Al Nokhba plan subscription allows customers to use FIVE (5) complimentary VIP Valet Parking uses within each calendar month.
• Qatarna+ Platinum plan subscription allows customers to use FOUR (4) complimentary VIP Valet Parking uses within each calendar month.
• Available Valet Pass balance will refresh on the first day of each calendar month.
• Valet Passes can be redeemed exclusively through the Ooredoo App.
• Valet Passes should be redeemed at the service location immediately prior to use. Passes redeemed well in advance of Valet service may not be accepted.
• The Valet Pass is for eligible users only and may not be copied or shared with third parties.
• Valet Parking service is provided by Ooredoo partners, Wait Valet and Mr. Valet. The list of available locations varies by partner and may change at any time.
• Valet service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis at all locations. Ooredoo does not guarantee valet service availability at any given site. If all VIP parking spaces are occupied, customers may use their Valet Pass for standard service or choose to retain it for use at another location or time.
• Qatarna+ Al Nokhba plan subscription allows customers to use TWO (2) Individual Gold complimentary instances of Al-Maha Meet-and-Assist within a period of each 12 calendar months.
• Ooredoo can change the list and number of available life-style benefits without any further notice.

Entertainment benefits:

• All customers using Qatarna+ plans are also eligible for additional entertainment benefits to choose from available options:
  • Qatarna+ Pro customers can choose TWO (2) additional benefits
  • Qatarna+ Premium customers can choose THREE (3) additional benefits
  • Qatarna+ Platinum customers can choose FOUR (4) additional benefits
  • Qatarna+ Al Nokhba customers can choose FOUR (4) additional benefits
• Available benefits are displayed and accessible in the Ooredoo app.
• Subscriptions to an entertainment benefit can only be redeemed using the Ooredoo app.
• Customers can change a redeemed benefit to another one. Customers should request to stop the current benefit before the end of the bill cycle. A new benefit for redemption will be available from the start of the new billing cycle.
• Ooredoo can change the list of available benefits without any further notice. Ooredoo can terminate an already-redeemed benefit after 30 days’ notice.
• If an activated subscription for an entertainment benefit remains unused for three consecutive months, it will be automatically cancelled.
• Once the inactive subscription is cancelled, the customer may select the same benefit again or choose a different one from the available options.

Easy to Remember (ETR) number discount:

• New customers who sign-up to Qatarna+ plans are eligible for a discounted or free special number.
• Discount value available for selected plan:
  • Qatarna+ Pro – QR5,000
  • Qatarna+ Premium – QR10,000
  • Qatarna+ Platinum – QR20,000
  • Qatarna+ Al Nokhba – QR30,000
• A discount is provided on the condition that the customer uses the new line for at least 12 months from the first day of the subscription on an equivalent or higher value tariff plan.
• Customers with ETR discounts are obliged to pay the prorated value (based on months remaining) of an ETR discount if they terminate the line or downgrade their tariff plan to a lower value plan before completing the fixed 12-month period. The balance of the ETR number discount owed will be added to their next bill.

Worry-Free Key and out-of-bundle usage:

• All new subscriptions on all Qatarna+ plans automatically receive enabled Worry-Free Key. This allows customers to limit out-of-bundle usage and avoid additional charges on bills.
• Worry-Free Key is a feature that will help customers to control bills and limit usage to the allowances available in their packs. Out-of-bundle usage (local call and SMS messages, international calls/SMS or roaming calls/SMS and data) at standard rate will be blocked.
• Customers subscribed to Worry-Free Key who consume all their allowances will not be able to make additional calls or send SMS messages. However, they can subscribe to an add-on or upgrade their plans using the Ooredoo App to increase their allowances.
• Customers can deactivate the Key on Ooredoo App, by contacting the call centre or by visiting an Ooredoo shop. This will enable customers to make calls, send SMS messages and use other services at standard rates
