Silatech

Silatech is an international social development nonprofit non-government organization, based in Qatar that works on connecting youth with jobs and resources to establish and sustain successful enterprises.

As a member in the High-Level Group and an ambassador in the UN Alliance of Civilizations, Her Highness Sheikha Moza Bint Nasser launched Silatech in 2008, as an international development organization that seeks to alleviate the economic suffering of young people and reduce the burden on Arab governments through empowering youth to act as agents of change and leaders of the future.

Silatech has a network of 300 International, regional and national partners from donors and governments to the private and the academic sector and community-based organizations providing services to youth through innovative initiatives in entrepreneurship and employment.

Silatech contributes to achieving several sustainable development goals in Arab communities through its vision of a world in which young people are able to work, and are engaged in the economic development of their societies.
