  1. The eTop-Up and ePayment service is a secure online payment tool that allows Ooredoo users (Users) to pay for their general services.
  2. Users should not disclose their personal and credit card details to any person or 3rd party in order to avoid possible abuse or loss.
  3. Ooredoo should not be held liable for any such case where personal or credit card details have been used without authorization.
  4. ePayment service
    1. The ePayment service allows users to pay their Shahry, Landline, Home Broadband ,or TV bills.
    2. All account details provided by the user are exchanged and displayed under secured connection.
    3. To access their bill details users have to provide their Qatari ID (QID) or Commercial Registration Number (CRN) and account or service number such as Shahry line or Landline number assigned to this QID or CRN.
    4. Users may enter a mobile number in case they wish to be notified via SMS about transaction completion.
    5. The outstanding amount is in Qatari riyals and may not reflect the latest usage.
    6. Paid amount will appear in the outstanding balance within seconds after the payment is processed.
    7. For detailed itemized bills users should use the My Ooredoo service.
    8. Users may pay their bills only up to the outstanding bill amount. Requests for amounts over and above the outstanding amount will be rejected.
    9. Minimum amount per transaction is QR10; maximum amount per transaction is QR5000.
    10. There is no surcharge for using the ePayment service.
    11. Maximum allowed transaction amount to one single number is QR5000 per month.
    12. Requests for amounts over and above the outstanding amount will be rejected.
  5. eTopUp service
    1. The eTop-Up service allows users to recharge their Hala prepaid connections and data recharge (Hala and Shahry)
    2. Users may recharge only integer amounts.
    3. The recharged amount will be directly added to the account balance of the requested number and the time validity will be updated within a reasonable time after the payment is processed.

    5. Minimum amount per transaction is QR10; maximum amount per transaction is QR500.
    6. There is no surcharge for using the eTop-Up service.
    7. Maximum allowed transaction amount to one single number is QR500 per day.
    8. Requests for amounts over and above the allowed amount range will be rejected.
    9. An SMS confirmation with amount recharged and updated account balance will be sent to the recharged number after transaction completion.
  6. Payments
    1. Ooredoo accepts most local and international debit and credit cards and Apple Pay for eTop-Up and ePayment service. Note that certain cards deemed high-risk by our bank may not be accepted.
    2. The payment gateway for the eTop-Up and ePayment service is provided by QNB and Ooredoo has no access to the user payment details.
    3. All payments will be marked in the transaction history of your card payments as Ooredoo.
    4. After completion of the payment a receipt page will be displayed with details of the transaction and transaction number.
    5. The receipt should be kept in a safe place for further reference in case of any future complaints.
    6. Complaints without receipt evidence may not be accepted.
    7. For any transaction related issues or in case of doubts about transaction result (e.g. failed, interrupted or incomplete transactions) the user should contact the issuer of the card that was used for the payment.
  7. For details about your Ooredoo services, bill payments, recharges or account statuses users should call for free Ooredoo Customer Care on 111.
  8. By using the eTop-Up and ePayment service user accepts the above terms and conditions.
