If you are purchasing beIN ELITE package on the legacy 50Mbps and 150Mbp plans, then you need to remain on the subscription for 3 months. If you obtained the beIN ELITE package on the legacy 250Mbps and above plans, then you need to remain on the subscription for 3 months.

beIN ELITE package is not available on Apple TV. However, you may request Ooredoo tv to be able to watch the FIFA World Cup™.
