Terms and Conditions
- The offer is only available for Hala prepaid customers.
- Hala customers who recharge using Your Special Offer will automatically enter the draw.
- The offer is available from 20 July until 18 October 2026.
- Customers can recharge with Your Special Offer on Ooredoo App or via eTop-up at their nearest retailer shop by asking for Your Special Offer available on their Ooredoo Hala Line.
- Draws will be conducted in the presence of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry on the following dates:

- Cash will be transferred through Ooredoo Money App.
- Customers can increase their chances of winning by recharging more with their special offer only on Ooredoo Special Offer section.
- Winner will be informed via SMS and call from Ooredoo.
- Only one mobile number can win during the entire offer period. If the same mobile number is selected twice, the raffle draw will be conducted again and another qualified random winner will be selected.
- On being selected, the customer must come in person along with the mobile number which was used for recharge and with their QID to collect the prize from Ooredoo’s office. Customer should also have a valid Ooredoo Money account. Time and date for prize collection will be shared with the customer via call and SMS.
- Customer should collect the prize within 90 days. Failure to collect will lead to forfeiture of the prize.
- Ooredoo reserves the right to discontinue or amend the offer during the offer window after informing customers in a timely fashion after MOCI approval.
