All new customers subscribing to Home+ plans until the 20th November 2026 will be eligible for following benefits:
- For new Home+ subscribers this promotion is applied together with the existing promotion applicable for Home+ GO, Premium and Super plans.
- Home+ Go customers will get QR 60 discount to rental fee for first 12 months of service. Plus service will be installed without installation fee. That will make total savings of QR 1020 over 12 months period.
- Home+ Go Entertaiment customers will get QR 60 discount to rental fee for first 12 months of service. Plus service will be installed without installation fee. That will make total savings of QR 1020 over 12 months period.
- Home+ Premium Entertainment customers will get QR 175 discount to rental fee for first 12 months of service. Plus service will be installed without installation fee. That will make total savings of QR 2,400 over 12 months period.
- Home+ Super Entertainment customers will get QR 50 discount to rental fee for first 12 months of service. Plus service will be installed without installation fee. That will make total savings of QR 900 over 12 months period.
Customers terminating within 12 months must return the Android STB device(s) taken, otherwise a charge, prorated on QR432 based on remaining months, will be applied.
Customers purchasing the service from online or through third-party agents will receive an additional equal to the value of one-month discount rental without charge. This additional discount will be spread over 12 months.

In addition to the offers above, customers on GO Entertainment and Premium plans will have the choice of obtaining an additional multi-room Wi-Fi service for the first twelve (12) months. After the twelve (12) months, customers will be paying QR 20 per month for the additional multi-room Wi-Fi service obtained.
Customers must keep multi-room Wi-Fi service full minimum contractual period. If they terminate early, they must repay the total discounts received for completed months.
