Ooredoo Announces Launch of WhatsApp Communication Channel
Ooredoo today announced a new digital communication channel for customers to get in touch when they need help or advice with their Ooredoo products and services.
From Monday 20 May 2019, customers can use the popular online messaging service WhatsApp to contact the telco provider, meaning yet another convenient way for them to access support.
The Ooredoo WhatsApp account number is 4414 4414 and customers will be able to use it to get in touch with customer service agents from 7am until 10:00 pm, 7 days a week. During Ramadan, opening hours will be 9:00 am until midnight.
The new WhatsApp communication channel will be a response-only service.
Ooredoo will not ever use the channel to contact customers directly, but will only respond when contact is initiated by the customer.
The account is verified as an official business account, so customers can rest assured the channel is a safe and secure way to contact Ooredoo and is protected from spam.

Customers simply need to add the Ooredoo WhatsApp number to their contact list and they will then be able to send WhatsApp messages any time during the service’s opening hours.
