The Box Of Joy promotion offers customers the chance to open one Box Of Joy for each and every interaction with Ooredoo; whether a recharge, a bill payment, a credit transfer is done via the Ooredoo App, or a Self Service Machine or an Ooredoo Shop, customers will get to open a Box of Joy via the Ooredoo app.
Box of Joy gifts must be opened within three days of the interaction with Ooredoo, and each Box will contain one of a selection of both telecoms and non-telecoms gifts including local calls, international calls, local data, Nojoom points and much more.
Customers will need to use the updated version of Ooredoo app to open and redeem their Box Of Joy gifts.
