  • Luxury with Al Maha – HIA Meet and Greet Service
    Upon activating your Baytna plan, you are entitled to two Al Maha Services every year for each Baytna account
  • Convenience with VIP Valet Parking
    Upon activating your Baytna plan, you are entitled to four VIP Valet Passes each month per Baytna account. Your available pass balance will refresh on the first day of each new month, ready for you to use and enjoy

  • Baytna plan allowances are aligned to the billing cycle and are refreshed every time a new billing cycle starts.
  • Baytna plan allows you to connect up to 5 mobile lines.
  • Each connected line will have its own allowances.
  • There will be no carryover of any allowances within the packs. Once the bill is issued, any unused allowance from the selected packs will be forfeited.
  • If a customer needs more allowances, additional subscriptions are available at an additional cost. Customers can choose recurrent or one-time options. Recurrent options will be renewed every month, together with main plan allowances. One-time subscriptions will expire at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Baytna plan rental fee is aligned to the billing cycle. For each billing cycle, the customer will be charged a QR 4000 fee regardless of how many eligible lines are connected to the plan.

Local calls, SMS, Data and Roaming services:

Calls and SMS:

  • Baytna Plan provides unlimited local calls and SMS messages.
  • Plan also provides unlimited calls and SMS messages while the customer is roaming in 35 selected countries: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Turkey, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Egypt, United States of America, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Greece, Jordan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tunisia, China, Poland, Czechia, Portugal, Indonesia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea.
  • Baytna plan has an additional roaming calling allowance, which is valid on Ooredoo Passport partner networks
  • “NO PERMANENT ROAMING” clause – Baytna plan is for personal use only. Ooredoo will monitor the use of Baytna plan and may, as appropriate, restrict the long-term continuous usage of roaming. The specific terms of such a restriction will be explained at the time of its introduction.
  • Any calls and SMS messages in other destinations or outside any plan allowances will be restricted by default by Worry-Free Key, which protects the customer from unexpected charges.
  • Customers who want to enable local and roaming calls at standard rates should unsubscribe from Worry-Free Key. Standard roaming rates will apply.

Data:

  • Baytna gives 500 GB of local and roaming data in35 selected countries at full speed. After consuming 100% of full-speed allowances, the speed will be reduced to 15Mbps, and the customer will enjoy 500 GB at this speed. After the consumption of the additional 500 GB, speed will be reduced to 128Kbps where customers can still have unlimited access to the internet at a slower speed.
  • Unlimited Roaming Data in 35 countries for Baytna plan is limited to the following countries –[drop down with RLH country list] ( Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Turkey, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Egypt, United States of America, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Greece, Jordan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tunisia, China, Poland, Czechia, Portugal, Indonesia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea).
  • Baytna plan has additional roaming data allowances, which are valid on Ooredoo Passport partner networks [drop down with OP country list].

  • Any data usage in other destinations or outside any plan allowances will be restricted by default using Worry-Free Key, which protects the customer from unexpected charges.
  • Customers who want to enable standard roaming data rates should unsubscribe from Worry-Free Key. Standard roaming rates will apply

WhatsApp and Social Media data:

  • The WhatsApp and social Media data unlimited allowance benefit is automatically available with the Baytna plan.
  • Main data allowance will not be consumed when using WhatsApp TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps services via local data service.
  • Whatsapp and Social Media data allwoances excludes third-party content, which refers to any content that opens outside social media applications.
  • Whatsapp and Social Media data is only valid when using the official Social Media apps of applicable Social Media services.
  • WhatsApp and Social Media data consumption accessed with the use of a VPN will affect the identification of data traffic and will not be considered part of the WhatsApp and Social Media allowances.
  • The benefit of this feature is restricted to local use only.
  • Therefore, using WhatsApp and Social Media while roaming will consume available roaming data allowance or be charged as out of bundle.
  • The WhatsApp and Social media data-allowances are intended for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial activities nor for mass broadcasting purposes. Customers whose usage is deemed excessive will be warned in advance and, if excessive usage continues, may be subject to service termination.

International calls and SMS:

  • Multi-destination International minutes included in the Baytna plan are valid for 118 countries [dropdown with list to 118 countries].
  • The additional 200 multi-destination minutes which can be used to call any international destination are included in Baytna plan.
  • Customers can change multi-destination minutes into minutes valid to one selected destination from the available options. Minutes can be changed on the Ooredoo app, with Customer Support via WhatsApp, with Customer Support by calling 111 or at any Ooredoo Store.
  • Requests to change international minutes from one destination to another will be applied at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Any calls and SMS messages to other destinations or outside any plan allowances will be restricted by default by Worry-Free Key, which protects customers from unexpected charges.
  • Customers who wish to enable calls at standard rates should unsubscribe from Worry-Free Key.

Entertainment and Lifestyle Benefits:

  • Each Baytna plan subscription allows customers to use TWO (2) complimentary instances of Al-Maha Meet-and-Assist within a period of each 12 calendar months.
  • The number of complimentary Al-Maha services does not depend on the number of lines connected to Baytna service.
  • Each Baytna plan subscription allows customers to use FIVE (5) complimentary Valet Parking instances within each calendar month.
  • The number of complimentary Valet Parking services does not depend on the number of lines connected to Baytna service.
  • Each line connected to Baytna plan is eligible for an Urban Point subscription at no additional cost.
  • Subscription to the Urban Point service can only be redeemed on Ooredoo App.
  • Each line connected to Baytna plan is also eligible for Five (5) additional entertainment benefits to choose from available options.
  • Available benefits are displayed and accessible in the Ooredoo app.
  • Subscriptions to an entertainment and lifestyle benefit can only be redeemed using the Ooredoo app.
  • Customers can change a redeemed benefit to another one. Customers should request to stop the current benefit before the end of the billing cycle. A new benefit for redemption will be available from the start of the new billing cycle.
  • Ooredoo can change the list of available benefits without any further notice. Ooredoo can terminate an already-redeemed benefit after 30 days’ notice.

Easy to Remember (ETR) number discount:

  • New customers who sign up to the Baytna plan are eligible for a discounted or free special number.
  • Discount value available for Baytna plan is QR25,000
  • A discount is provided on the condition that the customer uses the new line for at least 12 months from the first day of the subscription on an equivalent or higher value tariff plan.
  • Customers with ETR discounts are obliged to pay the prorated value (based on months remaining) of an ETR discount if they terminate the line or downgrade their tariff plan to a lower-value plan before completing the fixed 12-month period. The balance of the ETR number discount owed will be added to their next bill.

Worry-Free Key and out-of-bundle usage:

  • All new subscriptions to Baytna plan automatically receive enabled Worry-Free Key. This allows customers to limit out-of-bundle usage and avoid additional charges on bills.
  • Worry-Free Key is a feature that will help customers to control bills and limit usage to the allowances available in their packs. Out-of-bundle usage (local call and SMS messages, international calls/SMS or roaming calls/SMS and data) at standard rate will be blocked.
  • Customers subscribed to Worry-Free Key who consume all their allowances will not be able to make additional calls or send SMS messages. However, they can subscribe to an add-on or upgrade their plans using the Ooredoo App to increase their allowances.
  • Customers can deactivate the Key on the Ooredoo App, by contacting the call centre or by visiting an Ooredoo shop. This will enable customers to make calls, send SMS messages and use other services at standard rates.
  • With Baytna customer (primary owner) will be able to add a second QID to one of the lines (end users) under Baytna for compliance with government regulations to access Metrash services. Terms and conditions listed below:
    • Definitions
      • "Owner" refers to the primary service holder of the mobile services provided by Ooredoo.
      • "End User" refers to the individual granted permission by the Owner to use service and provide their QID details as secondary information to be shared with MOI to allow access with permitted service to government’s Metrash services.
    • Purpose
      • The purpose of this service is to allow End Users to provide their QID details as secondary information, with the consent of the Owner, for compliance with government regulations to access Metrash services.
    • Consent and Authorization
      • By signing this agreement, the Owner grants permission for the specified End User to enter their QID details as secondary identification for the mobile services provided by Ooredoo.
    • Owner and End User Responsibilities
      • The Owner acknowledges that they are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from the End User and ensuring that they have the legal authority to provide their QID details.
      • The Owner acknowledges that they will inform the End User about the purpose of providing their QID details and how this information will be used by Ooredoo.
      • The End User understands and acknowledges that any personal data relating to their use of the mobile services will be deemed to be personal data of the Owner and not the End User, and confirms that they do not object to the disclosure of such personal data to the Owner.
      • The Owner and End User are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date QID details. Any inaccuracies or discrepancies in the provided information are the sole responsibility of the Owner and/or End User.
      • The Owner and End User agree that the features enabled by the provision of secondary QID details will be used solely for legitimate and authorized purposes. They shall not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities using this information.
      • The Owner and End User further agree not to use the gained features for any activities that may infringe upon the rights, privacy, or security of any individual or entity, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
      • The Owner and End User understand and agree to Ooredoo’s Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.
    • Ooredoo Responsibilities
      • Ooredoo agrees to handle all QID details in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
      • Ooredoo will share the provided QID details with relevant government authorities in compliance with local laws and regulations to provide access for End User to Metrash services.
    • Limitation of Liability
      • Unless otherwise required under applicable law or regulation, Ooredoo have no responsibility to pay you compensation for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, regardless of whether such loss could have been foreseen, or any other loss that is not due to Ooredoo’s gross negligence, in relation to any misuse or unauthorized disclosure of QID details provided by the Owner or End User.
      • The Owner and End User assume full responsibility for the accuracy, authenticity, and security of the provided QID details. Any consequences arising from the misuse or unauthorized disclosure of these details shall be the sole responsibility of the Owner and/or End User.
    • Termination
      • The Owner may terminate this service at any time by providing written notice to Ooredoo. Upon termination, any stored QID details of the End User will be deleted in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
      • The End User may request the removal of secondary QID details from system at any time by providing written notice to Ooredoo. Upon receiving such notice Ooredoo will delete QID details with applicable privacy laws.
      • Ooredoo reserves the right to terminate and delete the secondary QID immediately and without notice if it becomes aware of any misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or unlawful activities associated with the provided details by Owner or End User.
    • SIM Card Replacement Procedure for Services with Secondary QID
      • In the event that a new SIM card is required for a service that has secondary QID details enrolled, both the Owner and the End User are required to visit a retail store of Ooredoo together for the SIM replacement process.
      • The Owner, however, reserves the right to request a new SIM card without the presence of the End User. In such cases, the secondary QID details associated with the service will be deleted. The new SIM card will be activated only after 48 hours from the time the government is notified about the removal of secondary QID details
