• Hala Customers are eligible to get Free Urban point subscription valid for 30 days on recharge of QR 65 & above
• Eligible Recharge category are Super , Data , Flexi & Voice .
• The customer has to claim complimentary Urbanpoint Subscription via Ooredoo App or sms UP to 121 , after recharging with an eligible denomination .
• Customers can claim Free Urbanpoint Subscription within the Validity of the eligible recharge .
• In cases of multiple recharges, Urbanpoint Validity will not accumulate .
• Urban point validity will be 30 days from the day of last claim .
• The promotion is valid from 3rd June , 2025 to 31st Aug, 2025

• The bonus data is available for Hala customers recharging Super QR 40 or above.
• Offer is valid from 3 June 2025 till 31 August 2025.
• Bonus night data can be used every day within recharge validity between specific time window of 10 PM – 5 AM upon claiming the offer first.
• Bonus social media data can be used on Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram & Snapchat.
• Customer can only get the bonus after claiming the offer from the Ooredoo App or through SMS by sending “ND” to 121 for night data and “SM” for social media data and the bonus will strictly expire with recharge expiry.
• Customers can only claim the bonus within the validity of the eligible recharge. In case of multiple recharges, each night data bonus will have its own start and end date. Validity of each bonus will start on claim day and end with respective recharge expiry.
• A total of 4 GB night data and 1 GB social media data can be claimed with each eligible recharge.
• Bonus data is only available for use within Qatar and not available for roaming data usage.

• Starting February 26, 2025, the standard data for Super 40 will increase from 3 GB to 4 GB.

• Effective February 26, 2025, the validity period for Hala Super 40 and above will be adjusted to 28 days.

Starting from November 5, 2024, adjustments will be made to the prices of the Visitor plans as outlined below:

• Visitor plan Go will be 65 QR instead of 50 QR,
• Visitor Plus will be 100 QR instead of 65 QR,.

With effect from 30th Oct 2024, the credit/line validity will be revised. The new credit/line validity would be as follows:

• Credit recharge of 10 to 99 – 30 days
• Credit recharge of 100 and above– 90 days

All the non-credit recharges (bundle packs) would continue to offer the credit/line validity as per pack validity.

All the “Add On” packs will not offer any line validity.

• The credit validity with Hala credit recharge of QR 11 & above will be revised to 180 days with effect from 6th December 2023.
