Al Maha – HIA Meet and Greet Service Benefits
Use the Ooredoo app or dial 110 to reach the dedicated Baytna customer service team. Ensure to prepare the flight and passport information at hand for a hassle-free booking experience. This service can be used for individual or family arrivals and departures.
Bookings for Al Maha Services shall be made no less than twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled flight arrival or departure.

Eligibility
One booking of the Al Maha Services can accommodate one (1) individual adult (12 years and above) or a family which is consists of a maximum of two (2) adults (12 years and above) and one (1) to three (3) children (2-11 years old).
Al Maha – HIA Meet and Greet Service Booking Modification
Contact 110 to request for booking modification. Modification requests are accepted between 6 and 12 hours prior to the schedule flights. No modification will be accepted within the 6 hours prior to the scheduled departure flight time and the booking will be considered as no-show.
Al Maha – HIA Meet and Greet Service Booking Cancellation
Access to exclusive Al Maha benefits is valid for a full year from the activation date of the plan.
Cancelation requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to the flight to revert the benefit.
In case of cancellations less than 24 hours before the flight, the benefit will be non-refundable, booking will be considered as a no-show and the member will lose the benefit.
