Ooredoo Offers Peace of Mind to Customers with iPhones

New Screen Protection Insurance Plan in Partnership with SEIB and Starlink

Ooredoo, Qatar’s leading telecommunications operator, has announced a new partnership with SEIB Insurance and Starlink to offer customers a quick, easy way to safeguard their iPhone screens and avoid extensive repair costs.

For just QR379, customers can get a 12-month screen protection insurance plan and bring their iPhone device directly to Ooredoo shops to have the screen repaired or replaced.

Under the insurance plan, customers can claim twice for repair, with an additional charge of QR379 for the first claim and no extra charge for the second.

Customers can also claim once for replacement, with an additional charge of QR379.

The new SEIB Insurance screen protection insurance plan is currently available for iPhone X models and above, with lower tier plans starting from QR150 set to be rolled out shortly.
