Award in Technology and Trends Category for Programme’s Efforts to Leverage New Technology for Benefit of Customers

Ooredoo, Qatar’s leading telecommunications operator, has announced it has been named a Platinum winner at the recent Loyalty360 Awards 2022 in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.

The Loyalty360 Awards, currently in their 9th year, are the most coveted awards in the customer loyalty sector, celebrating brands that are building lasting, profitable relationships with their customers. Nojoom was the only company shortlisted from the Middle East region.

Ooredoo’s win was in the Technology and Trends category, recognising its efforts to leverage new technologies – including machine learning, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, Internet of Things and identification management – to develop a fresh approach to its loyalty strategy.
