Building on the capabilities of 5G Standalone and 5G Advanced, the network delivers faster speeds, greater network capacity and lower latency to support seamless connectivity. Eligible consumers can enjoy enhanced digital experiences, from streaming and gaming to video calls and staying connected on the move.
Experience download speeds of up to 1.6 Gbps for data-intensive activities such as high-quality video streaming and large file downloads.
Actual speeds may vary depending on coverage, device capability, location, network conditions and the service being used.
The 5G+ network enables more devices to connect and exchange information efficiently. This supports a more consistent connectivity experience in busy locations and during high-attendance events.
Shorter response times between your device, the network and supported applications provide a more responsive experience for activities such as mobile gaming, video calls and other real-time services.
The 5G+ network is designed to use network resources more efficiently.
Battery performance may vary depending on your device, settings, signal conditions and usage.
New and existing Ooredoo consumers can access the 5G+ network when all three requirements below are met:

There is no additional fee to access the 5G+ network with an eligible Data SIM+ plan.
You do not need to request or manually activate the service. Access is enabled automatically when an eligible SIM is used in a supported device within a 5G+ network coverage area.

No. You can access the 5G+ network at no additional fee with an eligible Data SIM+ plan.

The 5G+ network is currently supported on NETGEAR M7 7400 and 7500 devices. Support for additional devices will be introduced over time.
