Ooredoo Business Broadband is a shared, best-effort fiber internet service with non-symmetric speeds and no service level agreement, designed for general business connectivity.
If you need a dedicated, secure internet connection with static IPs — for VPN, hosting or similar — Ooredoo Business Internet includes 8 free static IP addresses and symmetric download and upload speeds.
During online ordering, you can choose a preferred landline number through the portal. If you want to keep your current number from another provider, this is subject to technical and regulatory feasibility, which your Ooredoo team will confirm during the order process.
Ooredoo Secure is an endpoint security service that protects your devices against malware, ransomware, and phishing.

Each additional room is QR 25 per month, which includes the set-top box and the Ooredoo TV Business service.
Mobile Backup keeps your business online if your fiber connection is interrupted. A cellular connection sits alongside your broadband and carries your traffic over the Ooredoo mobile network until the fiber service is restored, so payments, email and cloud applications keep working while your primary line is being repaired.
It is an optional add-on charged in addition to your monthly plan:
Mobile Backup is intended as a temporary fallback rather than a replacement for your fiber connection. Speeds during failover depend on mobile network coverage at your premises and will typically be lower than your plan speed.
Both keep you connected if your fiber service goes down, and they suit different sites.
Mobile Backup uses the Ooredoo mobile network. It is the lower-cost option and works well in urban and commercial areas with strong mobile coverage.
Satellite Backup uses a satellite connection with a 50 GB monthly allowance and is independent of local mobile and fixed infrastructure. It suits sites with weaker mobile coverage, or businesses that need resilience against a wider range of network outages. A one-time hardware charge of QR 1,600 applies.

Managed Connectivity is an optional service in which Ooredoo proactively monitors and manages your connection on your behalf.
It is available on the Pro, Premium, Max, and Ultra plans at QR 550 per month, in addition to your plan.
