Aamali Bulk SMS customers get access to the ‘Messaging Admin Portal’ and to the ‘Web Messaging Portal’.

In the Messaging Admin Portal your admins can:

• Create and manage users and user profiles
• Generate messaging usage reports
• Enable and/or disable Bulk SMS campaigns
• Approve or reject messages with URLs or Bulk SMS campaigns scheduled by the users
• Manage user messaging limits

In the Web Messaging Portal users can:

• Perform the messaging campaigns
• Create databases with mobile numbers
• Create messaging templates

• Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled by default for admin and sub-user login to the Web Messaging portal.
• The ‘Messaging Admin Portal’ and ‘Web Messaging Portal’ are geo-restricted (accessible only within Qatar).
• The users are prompted to reset their passwords every 45 days.
• The users are not allowed to use their last 12 passwords upon reset.
• Minimum password length is 8 characters.
• Alpha numeric characters can be used with minimum one capital letter, one numeric and special character.
• 3 days before the password expiry Ooredoo will send a reminder notification
• If password is not reset on the 45th day, the system will auto reset and send the credentials on separate email to the respective user.
• An active session will log out in the following scenarios:
• Upon password reset
• After a new login session (logout of an existing active session)
• Immediately after an account is barred or suspended.
• Multi-session login of a user ID is restricted.
• Session is idle for 5 min.

• The Messaging service platform is redundant and maintained (end-to-end) by Ooredoo, to ensure uninterrupted message delivery.
• Priority & Response Time for message delivery is provided for both Local and International SMS.
• Scheduled Vulnerability analysis is performed in the messaging servers.
