What is Ooredoo ONE?

Ooredoo ONE is a Premium Home Internet and TV service that includes the following:

  • Landline service with unlimited local calls to stay connected.
  • Gigibit Fibre Internet with Wi-Fi 6 best-in-class device(s).
  • Build your own TV: TV entertainment and video streaming services
  • Additional TV and telco benefits with each 5G mobile plan held.

How do I know how many benefits I can claim?

Simply use our Ooredoo App to seamlessly claim TV, streaming and telco benefits. Alternatively call us on 111, or visit any Ooredoo shop.

What are Ooredoo ONE credits?

Based on the Ooredoo ONE plan you are on, you get credits that can be redeemed against entertainment and streaming services. You can tailor your own TV packages with your credits and switch them around whenever you want.

How can I redeem these Ooredoo ONE credits?

All benefits can be redeemed via our Ooredoo App, via our Call Centre or any retail shop.

How often can I redeem and cancel my credits?

Redemptions are immediate for all our TV entertainment services and streaming. Other benefits can be changed once per billing cycle.

How can I get more credits?

There are 2 ways to get more credits:

  • You can upgrade your Ooredoo ONE plan and get more credits
  • You can purchase more credits for your entertainment by purchasing +10 Credits for QR75 per month

If I downgrade my plan, will I lose claimed benefits?

If your plan has fewer credits than the claimed benefits are worth, then you must cancel some benefits before the downgrade request.

I migrated to a new Ooredoo ONE plan; can I get the new Orbi 750 for no extra charge?

Customers who onboard to Ooredoo ONE 1Gbps and 10Gbps plans are always entitled to Orbi 750 devices for no extra charge with applied liabilities. Customers on 100Mbps and 500Mbps are eligible for an Orbi 750 for no extra charge subject to the business rule dates with applied liabilities.

Are the Credits accumulated?

No, the Credits will remain the same month by month.

How can I redeem my Credits for a beIN ELITE subscription?

You will have to first redeem Credits for two TV packs in order to be eligible to subscribe to beIN ELITE. For example, redeeming Credits for Kids Pack and Lollywood will give you eligibility to subscribe to beIN.

Equipment
What equipment will be installed in my house?

We install three devices. (1) An ONT which is normally installed in a common area (entrance), fixed to the wall. This device takes the fibre and distributes signals to the Broadband Wi-Fi device (2) together with an Ooredoo TV Box (3). The ONT and Ooredoo TV box remain the property of Ooredoo; however, the Broadband device is your property and should be taken with you if you move house.

Will I get Wi-Fi devices which support the latest technology?

Yes, all our Wi-Fi devices included in Ooredoo ONE plans support the latest Wi-Fi technology, Wi-Fi 6.

What are the main advantages of Wi-Fi 6 technology?

  • VIP Treatment for streaming: Stream videos, play video games and upload their Snapchat stories without worrying about internet interruption.
  • Faster Wi-Fi: The new Wi-Fi 6 technology is capable of a connecting up to 4.2 Gbps of speed! Which is 140% times faster than the existing devices in the market
  • Energy Efficiency: The new WI-FI 6 can help to reduce the power consumption of all your mobile devices.
  • More devices: Wi-Fi 6 connects up to 40 devices at once.

Will I get TV boxes for free?

All new Ooredoo ONE subscribers are eligible to receive Wi-Fi 6 device(s). The number of devices for which you are eligible depends on your Ooredoo ONE Plan. Every device taken will be subject to a 24-month liability period. This means that if you stop your Ooredoo ONE service during this 24-month period, a QR34.67 per month liability fee will be calculated for the remaining months.

What if I need more TV boxes later?

If you are eligible for more devices than you took upon service activation, you can take additional devices at any time. Liability periods will be counted for additional devices from the day when the additional device was installed. However, if you already took all devices as per your plan and need more coverage, then you can expand your Wi-Fi network by purchasing additional devices.

Will I get Wi-Fi devices for free?

All new Ooredoo ONE customers are eligible for TV box(es). The number of devices for which you are eligible depends on your Ooredoo ONE Plan. Every device taken will be subject to a 12-month liability period. This means that if you stop your Ooredoo ONE service during this 12-month period, a QR15.2 per month liability fee will be calculated for the remaining months. Liability charges will be waived if the TV Box is returned to Ooredoo at service termination.

What if I need more Wi-Fi devices later?

If you are eligible for more devices than you took upon service activation, you can take additional devices at any time. Liability period will be counted for additional devices from the day when the additional device was installed. However, if you already took all devices as per your plan, you can get additional TV Boxes for a QR25 per month fee or for 5 Ooredoo ONE credits.

Service Installation
What is the cost of installing Ooredoo ONE?

Ooredoo ONE installation is priced at QR300 for all new subscribers. This installation fee will be waived for all existing Ooredoo ONE customers on old plans who migrate to new plans.

What is the cost of installing additional devices?

Installation of additional devices after initial service installation will be charged at QR150 for an additional Smart Wi-Fi 6 device and additional multi-room TV Boxes.

How can I order a new Ooredoo ONE subscription?

You can order your new Ooredoo ONE plan online and one of our agents will contact you for installation.
Just visit any Ooredoo shop and have in hand your QID and details of your residence (location – blue address plate, electricity number) and our staff will create an order and provide you an appointment date when our professional installers can visit and install your services.

How I can upgrade to new Ooredoo ONE plans?

Simply log into the Ooredoo App, contact us on 111 or pop into any Ooredoo shop and our staff will gladly assist you.

What do I do with my services if I’m moving house?

Visit any Ooredoo shop and bring the electricity number of the premises you will be moving into and the date of your move. Our agents will record the move of all selected services and ensure that an installation visit is scheduled at your convenience. We recommend you change to our new Ooredoo Plans when you move house; however, you can keep your current plan if you want.
