What is the new Trade-in service?

This new service will allow customers to trade in an old device and choose a new one with Ooredoo and Starlink!

How can I trade in my devices?

Simply take your old device to selected Ooredoo shops or Starlink outlets and we’ll give you credit for the old one as a trade-in.

Smartphones from brands including iPhone, Samsung, Huawei and Xiaomi, as well as tablets and smart watches.

Devices can be traded in at selected Ooredoo shops and Starlink outlets.

What is the value of my new handset? It’s in perfect condition.

The device must be evaluated as per defined criteria by our staff in our retail shops. The value will be determined by our system after all details have been input. In order to get an accurate valuation and avail this offer, you will need to visit your nearest selected Ooredoo shop or Starlink outlet with your device.

Via which sales channels can customers trade in old devices?

Participating Ooredoo retail shops are: Landmark, DFC, Lagoona, Salwa, City Center, Al-Wakra, AlSadd, Al-Khor Mall, Al-Khor, Barwa, Villagio, Lulu Airport and Ooredoo Building at Airport Road.

From when can customers trade in old devices?

From today, 31 August 2021, onwards.

Can customers redeem Nojoom Points towards the balance over and above the amount of trade-in credit?

Yes, customers can pay the remaining amount using Nojoom Points but orders placed using Nojoom Points cannot be cancelled. Standard Nojoom terms and conditions will apply in this situation.
