QIIB Customers can earn QIIB Points. Now, QIIB Points earned can be exchanged for Nojoom Points. For a Customer to exchange their QIIB Points, they will be required to access the Internet Banking Portal at https://ib.qiib.com.qa/ebank/ or Mobile Banking Application where they can view their QIIB Points account and choose to exchange their QIIB Points.

Once you’ve successfully converted your QIIB points, Nojoom points will be credited to your Nojoom account within a maximum of 7 calendar days.

  • Once successfully redeemed, converted points are not exchangeable, returnable, refundable, or redeemable for cash or credit, nor will they be replaced in the event of loss, damage or destruction.
  • Redemption confirmation will be emailed to the QIIB Points account holder’s registered email address with QIIB. In case, the registered email address with QIIB is incorrect, it’s the responsibility of the QIIB Points Accounts Holder to provide details of the new email ID to QIIB.
