Dear Nojoom Member,
Every time you make a call, send an SMS or use any Ooredoo service, you will be earning Points. You can earn from up to 20 Ooredoo services that are associated with your Qatari ID card.
These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the Nojoom Rewards Programme (Nojoom) and govern the relationship between Ooredoo and the members of Nojoom. By joining Nojoom, you may earn Nojoom points for qualifying activities with Ooredoo. Earning and/or usage utilisation of any Nojoom services, benefits or rewards will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand them. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date of its publication and shall apply all through the period of your Nojoom membership. Ooredoo reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The process of earning your Nojoom Points is slightly different depending on if you are earning them from a HALA Pay As You Talk or from a billed Ooredoo Service such as Shahry or your ADSL service or landline or Mosaic TV+.
1.1.1. Nojoom membership is available through enrolment only and is:
1.1.2. To be eligible to be enrolled in Nojoom, you must complete and submit an application form the “Web Enrolment Form” and provide all the information required therein. Failure to provide all the required information might result in the rejection of the application form.
1.1.3. Each Nojoom member is entitled to a single Nojoom account at any time and has to be enrolled in his/her legal name. Enrolment can only occur after it had been confirmed that the member’s legal name corresponds to his/her name in the National ID.
1.1.4. Nojoom membership cannot be transferred, assigned or sublet.
1.1.5. The start date of your membership will be the date the enrolment was accepted by Ooredoo either electronically via the web or any other channel..
1.1.6. Nojoom membership is free of charge irrespective of enrolment media used.
1.1.7. To be eligible to become a Nojoom member, you should not owe Ooredoo any outstanding amounts or arrears in respect of any Ooredoo services.
1.1.8. Ooredoo has the right to refuse membership to any person who does not satisfy or comply with any of the terms and conditions above.
1.2.1. You may at any time cancel your membership by providing written notice to Ooredoo. Upon receipt of the notice, Ooredoo will terminate your membership by deducting all status points and Nojoom points. As of this point in time you will not be able to use any Nojoom service benefits offered by the Nojoom Rewards Programme.
1.2.2. Ooredoo reserves the right to terminate your Nojoom membership immediately. Your Nojoom membership is subject to written notification if any of these Terms & Conditions is breached, or if you in any way abuse an Ooredoo service or your Nojoom membership, and additionally in the following event(s):
1.2.3. If Ooredoo terminates or cancels your membership. All accumulated Nojoom Points will be removed from your member account immediately.
1.2.4. You will earn Nojoom Points on the billed usage of each eligible service. Any (non-service) specific discounts, such as credit transfers, staff and customer discounts, any payments done using Nojoom Points, and deposit payments (sureties) applied to the bill amount will not earn points.
1.2.5. Once your Nojoom account has been terminated, it cannot be reinstated under any circumstance. If you are invited to re-enrol, you will be allocated a new membership account.
1.2.6. You may receive an acknowledgement of termination or suspension via SMS.
1.2.7. If a Nojoom member faces legal action with Ooredoo Credit Control, membership will be closed immediately and the member will not have access to accumulated Nojoom Points.
2.1. As a Nojoom member, you are responsible for providing Ooredoo with an email address and active mobile number as your registered number under your Nojoom account.
2.2. All Nojoom programme communication including promotions and points expiry will be sent to the email address and mobile number registered under your account.
2.3. When you enrol in Nojoom, you may choose between various options as to the use of information collected through Nojoom. Your options can be checked and changed at any time by visiting the “My Profile” section of the Ooredoo Nojoom website or calling the Ooredoo Contact Centre at 111.
2.4. Information and data collected in accordance with the preceding S. 2.3, shall be governed by these terms and conditions as opposed to any other data participating companies may collect from other sources e.g. from an account with them, which may be subject to other terms and conditions. If you have concerns about the use of such data, please contact the relevant participating company directly.
2.5. Information regarding the specific services you buy from Ooredoo will not be passed to any participating company except where required to operate the Nojoom Rewards Programme. A participating company with whom you redeem an offer may use information about the specific goods or services which you purchase from it to market to you or to update a database on which you already appear and will be entitled to do this even if they leave Ooredoo's Nojoom programme.
3.1. If fraud is suspected, your account will be monitored.
3.2. If suspicion has been affirmed, your account will be suspended.
3.3. Ooredoo will contact you to advise that your account is under investigation and of possible consequences (in line with the Terms and Conditions).
3.4. After further investigation, if the activity is deemed legitimate, your account will be reactivated.
3.5. After further investigation, if the activity is deemed fraudulent, your account will be terminated, and you will be notified.
3.6. Depending on the severity of the fraud and the (possible) damage to Ooredoo, Ooredoo may choose to take legal action beyond the termination of the account.
3.7. In the case of your reporting unauthorised reward claims or other activity performed on your account, this will be investigated.
3.8. Any unauthorised redemption of Nojoom points and illegal enjoyment of rewards in consequence thereof must be reported to Ooredoo within three months from the date of occurrence; otherwise, no late claims or allegations will be investigated.
3.9. Nojoom partners will assume joint responsibility for fraud investigation and will be severally responsible for fraud on their part or by their staff.
3.10. Ooredoo reserves the right to suspend Nojoom accounts to complete a full investigation if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity. Upon completion of the investigation, Ooredoo reserves the right to withhold the allocation of any Nojoom Points. This will be handled on a case by case basis.
4.1.1. Nojoom has three membership Status levels; (i) Nojoom Red, (ii) Nojoom Silver and (iii) Nojoom Gold.
Nojoom Points expire two years after the date they were earned.
Sixty (60) and thirty (30) days before the points’ expiration date, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number registered with that Nojoom membership advising that expiration is due after 60 or 30 days.
The message will advise the total number of points due to expire and the date of expiration. Where members have provided an Email address, an email will also be sent with the same information.
Points will be removed from member’s account on April 1st, July 1, October 1 and January 1.
Nojoom Points cannot be credited back once they have expired and been removed from member’s accounts.
5.1. Redeeming Nojoom Points for (Service) Rewards:
5.1.1. All Nojoom rewards available in Nojoom are as specified on Ooredoo website, or the most recent Nojoom communication issued as the case may be. You may redeem your Nojoom points for Ooredoo services and/or vouchers which can be used at participating Nojoom partners.
5.2. Whenever a Nojoom Customer registers more than one mobile service numbers under the same QID, the said Customer shall be entitled to whatever Nojoom points are gained under said numbers.
5.3. Member is responsible for all redemptions made using any numbers registered under his QID, irrespective of the channel used.
5.4. Any Nojoom Points redeemed for Qatar Airways rewards (Qmiles), Eid Charity, Qatar Charity, Afif Charity, Marriott TravelCards and The Entertainer are irreversible, and such rewards may not be cancelled and refunded once issued to the concerned customer.
5.5. Any Nojoom Points redeemed for Hala Top-up’s or paying Shahry bill or Ooredoo services.are irreversible and such rewards may not be cancelled and refunded once issued to the concerned customer.
5.6. Hala Credit from redemption cannot be transferred.
5.7. You cannot earn Nojoom Points from Hala usage of the credit redeemed through Nojoom Points.
5.8. If an intended purchase is for a lower amount than the face value of the Partner(s) or Ooredoo voucher(s) redeemed, no change can be given back to the Concerned Customer.
5.9. Cancellation policy: Vouchers redeemed and not used within the validity period can be cancelled with a cancellation fee of 200 NP for each voucher. In case member wants to cancel/return device purchased using Ooredoo Vouchers, Nojoom Points equivalent of the used Ooredoo Vouchers will be refunded upon confirmation of order cancellation. Cash refunds will not be provided in any circumstances for the used Ooredoo vouchers.
6.1. Ooredoo may change or terminate Nojoom partners, or modify partner agreements as it deems necessary from time to time and without notice to members.
6.2. Any participating Nojoom partner may at any time withdraw from the programme or change the terms and conditions of the supply of products and services. Ooredoo cannot guarantee that any participating partner will continue to participate in Nojoom nor can it guarantee the continued availability of any particular reward.
6.3. Nojoom rewards in relation to products and services offered by the Nojoom partners including but not limited to hotel, car rental or leisure partners are earned in accordance with the rates and terms and conditions determined by the Nojoom partner and are subject to change. You should check the applicable rates, terms and conditions with the relevant partner before purchasing such products or services. A list of Nojoom partners is available on the Ooredoo website.
6.4. All qualifying services provided by Nojoom partners qualify for Nojoom points’ accumulation under conditions as indicated in any Nojoom communication as issued from time to time.
6.5. You can transfer points/miles to Nojoom partners’ loyalty programmes (such as Qatar Airways Privilege Club), at a ratio determined by Ooredoo (as specified in the latest Nojoom communication).
6.6. Nojoom points cannot be converted directly into money.
6.7. Each time you make use of the Nojoom partners’ service/product, the exact count of Nojoom points will be adjusted to your balance.
6.8. Nojoom points earned or transferred from Nojoom partners will not count towards status upgrades.
6.9. You can arrange for certain partner points redemption via SMS, Ooredoo Website or call centre.
6.10. The points transfer ratio will be determined by Ooredoo and its partners.
7.1. The Ooredoo Website is made available for use in connection with your participation in Nojoom. You may as part of your membership use or copy electronically and print portions of the website but you should not use such access or content to generate income of any kind. Any other use of materials on this website (including without limitation reproduction for a purpose other than that stated above and any modification, distribution or republication) without our prior written permission is prohibited. In particular, you may not use any data or information made available on or by this website in connection with any business or commercial undertaking (whether or not for profit).
7.2. The intellectual property in all design, text, graphics and other materials and the selection or arrangement of such material in this website is owned by Ooredoo and/or their respective licensors.
7.3. Ooredoo does not make any representations, warranties or terms of any kind in respect of this website or its contents (including, without limitation, any views or comment made) other than those required by law. All information and/or data included in and/or on this website are made available for guidance only. Your use of such information and/or data is therefore entirely at your own risk. We expressly exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all liability of Ooredoo, its directors, employees or other representatives, howsoever arising, for any loss suffered as a result of your use of this website.

8.1. The trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively referred to as "Marks") displayed on the Ooredoo Website are the property of Ooredoo, the shop operator or of the Nojoom partner as the case may be. You are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose including, but not limited to, the use as Meta tags on other pages or sites on the World Wide Web without the written permission of Ooredoo, or such other party which may own the Marks. All information and content including any software programmes available on or through the website (collectively referred to as "Content") is protected by copyright. You are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licencing, creating derivative works or using any content available on or from the website for commercial or public purposes.
9.1. When you enrol into Nojoom, a secure password will be supplied to you. This password will be used to authenticate your wishing to perform transactions via the web.
9.2. You should not disclose this password to another person. Please make sure that your password is not written down.
9.3. Access to and use of password-protected and/or secure areas of the website is restricted to authorised persons only. Unauthorised individuals attempting to access these areas of the website may be subject to prosecution. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information, including your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to the website. You agree to accept responsibility for all redemption and other activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform Ooredoo immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner.
10.1.1. Ooredoo reserves the right to audit any and all Nojoom accounts in the programme at any time and without notice to the member to ensure compliance with the programme rules and applicable conditions of services and/or tariffs.
10.1.2. If an audit reveals discrepancies or violations, the processing of Nojoom rewards or statement of account may be delayed until the discrepancies are resolved to the satisfaction of Ooredoo.
11.1. Ooredoo has the right to modify these Nojoom Terms & Conditions in whole or in part, at any time without notice and without the member being entitled to any compensation. However, we will make all reasonable efforts to give you prior notice of the changes.
11.2. Ooredoo has the right to terminate the Nojoom Rewards Programme at any time. We will make all reasonable efforts to give you prior notice of the termination of the Nojoom Rewards Programme.
11.3. Ooredoo reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these Terms and Conditions. All decisions by Ooredoo shall be final and conclusive in each case. These Terms and Conditions supersede all previously published terms and conditions.
11.4. Ooredoo in its sole judgment reserves the right to disqualify a member from further participation in Nojoom, cancel all accumulated Nojoom points and seek compensation for Nojoom rewards used if Ooredoo deems the member has engaged in wilful misconduct or has breached any of the Terms and Conditions governing the programme including but not limited to: failure to follow Nojoom policies and procedures or providing false or untrue information in a Nojoom application form, the sale or barter of Nojoom rewards, any misrepresentation of facts relating to the earning or redemption of Nojoom rewards or any other improper conduct as determined by Ooredoo including but not limited to infraction of the tariffs of Ooredoo or any Nojoom partner participating in the programme, any untoward behaviour with reference to any Ooredoo employee or refusal to honour Ooredoo employees' instructions.
11.5. Nojoom is a programme used by Ooredoo and its partners to award Nojoom members with special Nojoom benefits and Nojoom points when using their Ooredoo products or services.
12.1. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between Ooredoo and each Nojoom member are governed by Qatar law as applied in the State of Qatar. By joining the programme, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of State of Qatar.
12.2. If in any jurisdiction, the programme, the issue of points or the redemption of any reward is unlawful or is contrary to regulatory body directives, then to the extent that the laws of that jurisdiction or such directives are applicable, the issue or redemption of points or Nojoom rewards and any related documents are null and void.
