Customers with a valid QID can subscribe to Hala Go.
Hala Go can only be activated in Ooredoo Shops.
Hala customers’ remaining credit and allowances will be carried forward when migrating to Hala Go.
Shahry customers migrating to Hala Go will lose “all” types of remaining (unused) allowance including any International Key allowance. (Customers must pay their final bill on Shahry to migrate to Hala Go)
The Hala Go monthly minimum credit charge is QR 25 (non-prorated and non-transferable).
Hala Go customers can request Credit (“Hala Go Credit”) and Data Recharge (“Hala Go Data Recharge”) for immediate usage, and pay for those later (by settling a monthly bill).
The total cumulative monthly limit for “Hala Go Credit” and “Hala Go Data Recharges” is QR 300.
The Hala validity applies to all “Hala Go Credit” and “Hala Go Data Recharges”.
The standard Hala tariffs and add-ons will be applicable for Hala Go customers. (Some Hala promotions might also be eligible)
Hala Go customers cannot subscribe to any of Shahry subscription packs like Shahry Smart Packs, Endless Internet Pack, Shahry Saver Key, Shahry International pack, Shahry India Pack, and all packs launched in future for Shahry customers.
Hala Go lines will be barred if the outstanding bill is not settled before due date, irrespective of Hala Go Credit validity. (You won’t be able to make calls, receive messages and/or use internet data. You will only be able to receive calls and SMS). The Hala Go line will be barred until the time of bill payment.
The Hala Go customer is liable to pay for a monthly minimum credit charge along with all “Hala Go Credit” and “Hala Go Data Recharges” requested during the bill cycle (by settling a monthly bill).
The Hala Go customer is liable to pay all charges applicable - including monthly minimum credit charges that are applicable irrespective of the line status (i.e. active, barred, suspended) – before the line termination.
The Hala Go line can’t be migrated to Hala or Shahry until outstanding amount is cleared.
Nojoom terms and conditions for standard Hala customers will be applicable for Hala Go customers as well.
Hala Go lines will be terminated in the case of non-bill payment, or not making a Hala credit top-up, whichever is earlier.
