Ooredoo Passport is available in over 60 countries with selected operators. Please always check the list
before you travel as we continually add more countries and operator networks.
If you are connected to a listed Passport network, but not subscribed to the Ooredoo Passport, the standard rates per MB apply. If you do not wish to incur standard Roaming rates, we recommend you turn off data Roaming on your device.
We recommend that Ooredoo Passport customers use the ‘manual’ network selection feature within their phones or tablets. If you need help remember you can call our call centre for free anywhere in the world (+974 4438 0000 from abroad and 111 in Qatar).
NOTE: Sometimes there may be a small delay between when you use data abroad and when it deducts from your balance.
The Ooredoo Passport provides you with up to 2GB of Roaming data on selected networks, which we count when we calculate your bill (Shahry) or deduct from your balance (Hala).
If you are using a high-speed data connection, this may happen before we can notify you that you have used your allowance. We recommend you monitor your usage using our balance enquiry service, data usage applications available in your respective App stores or using features that might be available within your device.
The Ooredoo Passport doesn’t automatically renew and once you subscribe and we can’t refund you your subscription fee.
