Redeeming Nojoom Points
This is the best part of all. You can begin redeeming your Nojoom Points for yourself or family and friends, for as little as 200 Nojoom Points. Use your Rewards to recharge your Hala account, add extra SMS text messages and Shahry Minutes or to get special gifts and Vouchers from our Partners. It is important that the number chosen is a Ooredoo GSM number and is the same type of service as the Reward chosen i.e. a Hala top-up
can only be applied to a Hala service number. Points can only be redeemed to numbers under your QID.
Hala Top-up’s can be redeemed to any Hala Account registered under your QID, top-up cannot be transferred to another Prepaid Account. When redeeming for a Hala Top-up, credit will go to your Nojoom Balance and will be valid for 6 months. It will not impact your main account validity. To check Nojoom Balance dial *139#.

We will be producing a regular Newsletter and Partners Update where Nojoom Members will be told about additions to our Partners programme as well as details about special offers and promotions being run throughout the year.
Your E-Membership Card entitles you to special discounts and offers when presented at participating Partner outlets, and is available on your mobile handset, simply dial *139# and select option 4.
Nojoom Vouchers
All Nojoom Vouchers are electronic and will be sent directly to your mobile in an SMS message format. You can redeem Partner Vouchers on the website by following these steps:
1. Select desired Reward
2. Select mobile number under your QID for your Voucher to be sent to
3. An SMS containing a Voucher Number is sent to the number selected
4. Nojoom Points are deducted from your Nojoom account
5. Take Voucher to a Partner outlet
6. The Voucher Number and value are inputted at the Partner's cash register
7. You receive discount off the purchase to the value of the Voucher
Vouchers have a validity of 6 months from date of issue. If you lose your Voucher simply call our Call Centre and they will be happy to re-send it as an SMS message to your mobile.
