If you decide to redeem your Nojoom Points, simply follow the usual redemption process online. Once you have received your voucher via SMS, visit either Diet Center or Diet Shop which is located on Salwa Road, Ad Dawhah, Qatar.

Once you are ready to complete your purchase, this may include the one-time consultation fee of QR250, let the cashier know that you are a Nojoom member and that you would like to pay using your Nojoom voucher (show your SMS).

If you decide to earn Nojoom Points at either location, follow these simple steps:

Diet Shop – Once you’re ready to pay for your meal, let the cashier know that you are a Nojoom member and present them with your QID and Ooredoo mobile number.

Diet Center – Diet Center aims to provide high quality nutritious meals, sweets and diet-shelved items. Meet with one of their qualified nutritionist who will help create the ideal meal plan for you.

Meal plans are available for 1 month up to 3 months. Here are the number of Nojoom Points you will earn for each subscription.

• 3,000 Nojoom Points for every 3,000 Qatari Riyals (1 month Diet Center subscription).
• 6,200 Nojoom Points for every 6,000 Qatari Riyals (2 month Diet Center subscription).
• 10,000 Nojoom Points for every 9,000 Qatari Riyals (3 month Diet Center subscription).

Once you have decided on which meal plan subscription you would like to purchase, let the cashier know that you are a Nojoom members and present them with your QID/Ooredoo mobile number.

Your Nojoom Points will be added to your account within 15 days of your visit.
